Irresistible Smores Pretzel Bites Recipe for Easy Snacking

Golden pretzels layered with gooey melted chocolate and fluffy marshmallows, creating bite-sized perfection that’s quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

  • Mini pretzels
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out mini pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
  3. Place a few chocolate chips on each pretzel (about 4-5 chips per pretzel).
  4. Add a mini marshmallow on top of the chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the chocolate starts to melt and the marshmallows puff up. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn!
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and a pinch of sea salt (if using).
  7. Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a plate or storage container.

Notes

Use fresh marshmallows for better texture, and work quickly to sprinkle graham cracker crumbs before the chocolate hardens.
