Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt (full-fat or plain)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) raw honey
  • ½ cup (75 g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup (40 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (7 g) unsweetened toasted coconut flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) slivered almonds, toasted
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently stir 1 cup (240 ml) of Greek yogurt with ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vanilla extract, if using.
  2. Rinse and hull about ½ cup (75 g) of strawberries, then slice them thinly.
  3. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat and toast 1 tablespoon (10 g) of slivered almonds and 1 tablespoon (7 g) of coconut flakes for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden (optional).
  4. Spoon the vanilla-infused yogurt into your serving bowl. Arrange the sliced strawberries and ¼ cup (40 g) of fresh blueberries on top.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds, toasted coconut flakes, and almonds evenly over the fruit.
  6. Drizzle 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of raw honey evenly over the entire bowl.
  7. Add a few mint leaves or edible flowers for garnish if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For dairy-free version, use thick coconut yogurt and replace honey with maple syrup. Toast nuts and coconut just before serving to maintain crunch. Prepare fruit and yogurt separately if making ahead to avoid sogginess.
