  • 23 fresh jalapeños, deseeded and finely diced
  • 45 crispy cooked bacon strips, crumbled or finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Green onions, thinly sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface. Separate it into individual triangles following the pre-cut lines.
  4. Spoon about a tablespoon of the jalapeño popper filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the narrow tip, enclosing the filling inside. Pinch the edges closed to prevent leakage during baking.
  6. Place the rolls onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they’re spaced apart to allow for expansion.
