A vibrant, refreshing, and tangy mocktail featuring blood orange juice, sparkling water, and elegant garnishes, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) blood orange juice, freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water, plain or lightly flavored
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, to taste
  • 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, mint leaves, or blood orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Juice the blood oranges: Slice the blood oranges in half and juice them to yield about 1 cup (240 ml) of juice.
  2. Mix the ingredients: In a pitcher, combine the blood orange juice, sparkling water, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Adjust sweetness: Taste the mixture and add more honey or syrup if needed.
  4. Prepare the glasses: Fill each glass with ice cubes or crushed ice. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Garnish: Add a sprig of fresh rosemary, mint leaves, or a slice of blood orange to each glass. Lightly bruise the herbs to release their aroma before adding them.
  6. Serve: Serve immediately while the drink is still bubbly.
