These sliders are quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion. With buttery rolls, gooey cheese, and savory ham, they’re a crowd-pleaser that’s guaranteed to disappear quickly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Without separating the rolls, slice them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish. Layer evenly with ham slices, followed by Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Place the top half of the rolls over the ham and cheese.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper to make the glaze.
  6. Use a pastry brush to evenly spread the glaze over the tops of the sliders, ensuring every roll is coated.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving. Enjoy them warm for the best flavor and texture.
