Instructions

  1. Place the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, gently heat the heavy cream and unsalted butter over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir occasionally.
  3. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate chips. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
