Creamy, velvety banana filling layered in cups, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs, packed with protein for a nourishing yet indulgent treat.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Optional toppings: fresh banana slices, crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Whisk until creamy and well combined.
  3. Prepare serving cups by adding 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each cup.
  4. Divide the banana mixture evenly among the cups, filling each one about three-quarters full.
  5. Top each cup with whipped cream, either by piping or spooning.
  6. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish. Add optional toppings if desired.
  7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes before serving.
