  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated. Pour over the cooled crust.
  4. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, ground cinnamon, all-purpose flour, and milk. Whisk until smooth and drizzle over the cheesecake layer. Use a knife to swirl the mixture gently.
  5. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Once chilled, lift the parchment paper out of the pan and slice the bars into squares. Serve and enjoy!
